Senior Project Manager - Residential Development
Project Management Consultancy
£65-75,000 + bonus + benefits, London
This leading project consultancy have a long standing reputation within the residential development sector.
They are keen to speak with senior project managers who have prior experience on residential new build projects crica £40m-100m in contract value.
This opportunity is to work closely with a well known developer on a large scale residential site in London with BTR, affordable and market sale plots.
About you:
You will ideally be a project manager with min 4 years' experience in project management including all round skills in delivery, team leadership and client management. Experience within the residential development sector is desirable.
Additional attributes:
- Degree qualified in a property related subject
- Chartered professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
- 4+ years project management experience within a consultancy or client
- Experience delivering private sector projects
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication
