Commercial Valuation Surveyor (Remote Working)

An established boutique property consultancy is growing its valuation team, with remote-working opportunities nationwide. The consultancy specialises in trading and alternative commercial assets such as licensed & leisure, life science, hospitality, and education.

The vast majority of instructions will be within a 90-minute radius of your home base. The primary focus of this role will be completing secured lending valuations and development appraisals on behalf of banks, and lenders. You will be expected to complete 2-3 valuations per week. As my client offers a very generous commission scheme, you can accept additional panel instructions to greatly increase your income.

In return, you will receive a salary package and car allowance, plus a very generous commission scheme of 25% of all billings once you have surpassed 3x salary. Furthermore, there are consistent and transparent progression opportunities all the way to board member. You will have full control of your diary, and work around whenever works best for you with the consultancy’s flexi-time policy.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• MRICS
• Registered Valuer
• Proven background in commercial valuation
• Understanding of operational trading valuation techniques
